Matt George
Founder & CEO | Fractional CTO & AI Automation Consultant
Matt George builds the systems small businesses wish they had time to build themselves. Since 2018, he’s worked almost exclusively inside early-stage startups — the kind of environment where small teams have to ship like big ones, fast, with no room for brittle systems or half-finished infrastructure. That discipline is where he learned to treat AI as real working infrastructure, not a demo.
Today, Matt wears two hats. As Founder & CEO of Injuria.ai, backed by The LegalTech Fund, he’s building the Bloomberg terminal for the personal injury ecosystem — an AI-powered legal intelligence platform that processes over 500,000 pages of data daily, giving attorneys and firms a competitive edge through clean, actionable intelligence instead of scattered, manual research.
As a Fractional CTO, Matt partners with companies that need senior technical judgment but aren’t ready to hire a full-time executive. That means auditing what’s already been built, evaluating vendors with a clear eye, and making sure every dollar spent on technology actually produces something measurable. He specializes in turning messy, disconnected information — leads that aren’t qualified, data living in five different tools, processes still done by hand — into clean systems a business can act on and scale with confidence.
If you’ve ever said “there has to be a faster way to do this,” that’s the conversation Matt likes having.
